GENERAL We, Judy Plum Wigs (“Us”, "JPW"), respect the right to privacy of every individual who visits our site, mobile site or apps (“Digital Channels”), or who otherwise receives services from us or who participates in activities connected with us. This privacy policy explains how we use any personal information we collect about you, and your rights to access and correct the personal information we hold about you.

Although it is not JPW intention to collect any sensitive personal information about you, if any such information is inadvertently collected such information will be securely deleted and will not be retained by us or any third parties who provide services to McNeil's Jewellers.

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH THIRD PARTIES -We may disclose your personal information to: Any third party where we are under a legal duty to do so, or in order to enforce or protect any of our rights, property or safety (or those of our customers). Third parties who provide certain services to US (e.g. IT service providers). Where personal information is processed on our behalf by third parties we put measures in place to keep your information secure. Our Digital Channels may contain links to other websites, mobile sites available for use by customers. This privacy policy only applies to our channels and services. When you link to other websites, mobile sites, or apps, or use services provided by third parties we are not responsible or liable for them. You should read the privacy policies for those linked sites, apps or services before you submit any personal information to them.

5. SECURITY - We take the security of any personal information we hold very seriously. Where necessary, and in common with other websites and apps, we use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption to ensure that personal information provided to us is not visible to anybody else when in transit between your computer and our servers. In addition, our web servers are housed behind a secure firewall that prevents access to our databases by unauthorised users. All of our servers are housed in a secure environment with high levels of physical security. However, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. We cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site: any transmission is at your risk. Once we have received your information, we will handle it in accordance with our usual practices. Where you have chosen a password that enables you to access certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.

7. DIRECT MARKETING We would like to keep you informed of Judy Plum Wigs news and offers by email and other electronic means. You may opt out of such communication or change your marketing preferences at any time by unsubscribing. An “unsubscribe” link is included in all email communication you may receive from us.

8. ACCESS TO AND AMENDING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION - We want to make sure that your personal information is accurate and up to date. You may ask us to correct or remove personal information you think is inaccurate by contacting us at info@judyplumwigs.co.uk You also have the right to request a copy of the personal information that we hold about you. To do so, please contact us at info@judyplumwigs.co.uk - We may make a small charge for this service.

To Claim a price match guarantee, the product most comply with the following:

  • Be sold online by a UK based Retailer/Website.
  • For the product to be available for purchase (not sold out or out of stock)
  • Price match guarantee applies to Full wigs, Half wigs, Gents hair systems and toupees only

*Judy Plum Wigs reserves the right to deny any price match guarantee if we believe any of these requisites are not fully complied.

Pricing

Please note that prices in our website are independent from our shops, we have special prices and offers on both sites that are independent of each other so there may be some differences in prices. Also, please keep in mind the salon includes a 1hr consultation with a wig technician.

 WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL AN ORDER AT ANY POINT DURING THE SALE AND/OR DELIVERY PROCESS.

Rewards Program

Our regards program has the following rules:

  • Points will be allocated into your account as e-credit that can be used on our website and in our Glasgow salon. Rewards points CAN NOT be used with our agents.
  • Point will be allocated into your website account automatically 14 days after we dispatch your order.
  • Products obtained by NHS prescription will not be included in the point rewards program.
  • Reward points can not be used to purchase accessories.
  • 1 point will be earned for every £10 spend.
  • Rewards Points expire after 12 months.
  • In case of exchanges, the original value of points will be adjusted to the final total value.
  • Points do not cover shipping

For first time customers, you are eligible for one (1) free return, including free return shipping and no re-stocking fee.  Free return is only eligible for one (1) product. If you purchase multiple products in your first order (i.e. two (2) wigs or more), only one product will be eligible for a free return. The second product will incur the standard restocking fee.

If you are exchanging and not returning a wig or you decide to have the refund as store credit we will wave the re-stocking fee. 


PLEASE NOTE: Goods will NOT be accepted back into stock if they have been worn without a cap, cut, styled or have any styling products on them. This also applies if goods are returned smelling of any perfume, food or cigarettes. For hygiene reasons we would ask that you use a wig cap when trying on any wigs for the first time. These can be purchased on our website.
