If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any of the products purchased from our website, products can be exchanged or refunded provided you adhere to our returns procedure. This policy only applies to purchases made via our company website www.judyplumwigs.co.uk, this policy does not refer to goods purchased via other channels such as Outlets/Stores or Agents representing Judy Plum Wigs.
DELIVERIES (UK)
We endeavour to dispatch all products within 24 hours. However, if the product you have ordered is not in our Glasgow location but with one of our agents, Standard Delivery may take up to 10 working days and we ask for your patience.
We understand that purchasing a wig can be a sensitive matter, and we always ship our orders in discreet packaging with no words or images advertising ourselves or the content.
We are committed to providing the best possible service to ALL our customers who live outside of the United Kingdom. We send our goods via UPS, DHL or Royal Mail (depending on which is fastest) and all our parcels are dispatched with tracking codes. Normal delivery times are between 3-5 working days. The cost of this service is £24.50. Please be aware that orders outside of the UK may be subject to tax and import duties. These will be charged when the delivery reaches you, and you will be responsible for the payment.

DAMAGED/FAULTY GOODS
While every effort is made to ensure that goods reach you in perfect condition, on occasion faulty or damaged goods may need to be returned for a replacement or a full refund. Please notify us immediately so that we can arrange a replacement or refund will be issued. We will endeavour to replace any item that is deemed faulty in the first instance. In most cases we can offer a like for like replacement, however if the item being returned is no longer in stock or no longer manufactured and available from our suppliers we will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
RETURNS PROCEDURE
PLEASE NOTE - A RE-STOCKING FEE OF £7 PER SYNTHETIC WIG AND £15 PER HUMAN HAIR WIG WILL BE CHARGED TO ALL WIG RETURNS TO COVER THE RE-STYLING, CLEANING, SPRAYING AND RE-NETTING OF THE WIGS. WE CANNOT ACCEPT GOODS RETURNED/REQUESTED FOR REFUND AFTER 14 DAYS FROM RECEIPT OF ORDER. WE AIM TO PROCESS ALL REFUNDS WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF THE RETURNED GOODS PROVIDING THE RETURNS PROCEDURE HAS BEEN FOLLOWED.
