How to Order Your NHS Wig
For NHS Scotland Patients ordering from home or online:
Obtain Your NHS Prescription: Request your original NHS prescription from your clinic.
Submit Your Prescription: Post your original prescription to us, you can also get your clinic to send it directly to Judy Plum Wigs via email at nhs@judyplumwigs.co.uk or by post to:

You can also book a free VIDEO APPOINTMENT to speak with one of our wig technicians in case you need any advice or more information selecting your ideal product.
Delivery: Upon receipt of your prescription, we will dispatch your selected wigs using a tracked delivery service. Post of NHS wigs is FREE of charge.
For NHS Scotland Patients that are able to visit our salon or one of our agents, just bring your prescription along to your appointment and we will take care of the rest. VAT Exemption
Individuals purchasing wigs due to medical hair loss may be eligible for VAT exemption. To claim this exemption, complete our VAT relief form available at the checkout on our website. Once submitted, we will adjust the price automatically.
