Returns

Returns - at Judy Plum Wigs we are committed to complete customer satisfaction.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any of the products purchased from our website, products can be exchanged or refunded provided they have not been worn and are returned within 14 days. Postage not refunded. 

This policy also only applies to purchases made via our company website www.judyplumwigs.co.uk this policy does not refer to goods purchased via other channels such as Outlets/Stores or Agents representing Judy Plum Wigs.
 
While every effort is made to ensure that goods reach you in perfect condition, on occasion faulty or damaged goods may need to be returned for a replacement or a full refund.

We will endeavour to replace any item that is deemed faulty in the first instance. In most cases we can offer a like for like replacement, however if the item being returned is no longer in stock or no longer manufactured and available from our suppliers we will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. 
 
Please note that we are unable to offer a refund or replacement on items that have been damaged through wrongful or inappropriate use, not following instructions or normal wear and tear.

You have 14 working days from delivery to return any faulty items. We ask that you contact us immediately regarding any faulty or damaged items to arrange their return. Return enquiries MUST be made via email in the first instance to ensure that your return is dealt with swiftly. On very rare occasion's we may ask for Photographs of the damaged goods for our records.

Upon satisfying that goods are faulty or damaged we will issue a refund using the same method used to purchase the goods, or a replacement if the goods are deemed faulty upon delivery. All returns should be sent to our returns dept with a returns label attached to the outside of any packaging/box marked "WEBSITE RETURNS" before we can sign for and accept the goods at our returns address.

Should goods arrive damaged in transit and the damage is apparent, we ask that you note this on the delivery note. Please notify us immediately so that we can arrange return and a replacement or refund will be issued. Please note that all such items for return must be accompanied by the original packaging and all relevant RMA documentation.

In the event that you have to return your purchase within the stated 14 working day notification period we will process the replacement or refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day you have given notice of your cancellation. In this case, we will refund the price of the product in full, including the cost of sending the item to you. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

For reasons other than the product is defective we will examine the returned product and will notify you of your refund if deemed appropriate following examination of the returned item via e-mail, telephone or other appropriate means within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund for the defective product. Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the item to us.

The Following Steps should be taken when wishing to return a product

1. Email enquiries@judyplumwigs.co.uk with the subject line - WEBSITE RETURN
2. Detail in the main email a brief message stating the reason for return
3. We will send you an email confirmation to let you know we are dealing with your request
4. Pack up the product ensuring that all relevant documentation, tags, packaging, and the product itself are securely packaged
5. Attach appropriate documentation to the packaging securely and ship back to our returns address
