Returns

Judy Plum Wigs we are committed to complete customer satisfaction.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any of the products purchased from our website, products can be exchanged or refunded provided you adhere to our returns procedure.


This policy only applies to purchases made via our company website www.judyplumwigs.co.uk this policy does not refer to goods purchased via other channels such as Outlets/Stores or Agents representing Judy Plum Wigs.
 

DAMAGED/FAULTY GOODS

While every effort is made to ensure that goods reach you in perfect condition, on occasion faulty or damaged goods may need to be returned for a replacement or a full refund. Please notify us immediately so that we can arrange a replacement or refund will be issued.

We will endeavour to replace any item that is deemed faulty in the first instance. In most cases we can offer a like for like replacement, however if the item being returned is no longer in stock or no longer manufactured and available from our suppliers we will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. 

RETURNS PROCEDURE

  1. If you intend to return your order you must email us info@judyplumwigs.co.uk with your intentions. Returns must reach us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Items must be returned in original packaging with all tags and labels still attached (no cut strings) and hairnets.

  3. A copy of the dispatch note should be included for reference.

  4. Goods will not be accepted back into stock if they have been worn, cut styled or have any styling products on them. This also applies if goods are returned smelling of any perfumes, food and cigarette smells.

  5. For hygiene reasons we would ask that you try on any wigs that you use a wig cap. These can be purchased on our site.

  6. Orders over £100 are delivered free of charge however in the event of a return for a refund the postage will automatically be deducted from your refund.

  7. All returns should be sent by trackable mail to ensure safe return as proof of posting will not be accepted if we do not receive goods.

  8. Judy Plum reserves the right to refuse refunds where the customer has returned items and requests refunds on a regular basis.

  9. We do not accept returns from overseas.

  10. A RE-STOCKING CHARGE OF £7 WILL BE CHARGE TO ALL WIG RETURNS TO COVER THE RE-STYLING, CLEANING, SPRAYING AND NETTEING OF THE WIGS. 

WE CANNOT ACCEPT GOODS RETURNED/REQUESTED FOR REFUND AFTER 14 DAYS FROM RECEIPT OF ORDER.

WE AIM TO PROCESS ALL REFUNDS WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF THE RETURNED GOODS PROVIDING THE RETURNS PROCEEDURE HAS BEEN FOLLOWED
